Session information
Each client is different, however you will feel the changes after the first session. Some clients may choose to only have one or two sessions, while some clients choose more, each client is individual. Some even wish to come for monthly relaxation and to discuss various issues that they wish to work through.
I can travel to various locations within the South Island for single or group sessions.
