Hypnotherapy is a natural or subconscious state of focus. It is similar to being completely absorbed in a book, movie, music, or even your own thoughts. In this state, clients can turn their attention completely inward to find and utilise the natural resources deep within themselves that can help them make changes or regain control in certain areas of their life.

When under hypnosis, you are have complete awareness of your surroundings with clients often saying how they are surprised that they can hear what is said to them. Everyone can be hypnotized. All hypnosis is self hypnosis, however some people go deeper than others.

The hypnotherapist facilitates the client, giving positive or appropriate suggestions, which can have a very positive and beneficial effect, assisting people to make positive and beneficial changes in their lives and these changes are often profound and life changing.
